Capturing Information on the hyperterminal

this is my first participation in this frum and wish it continoues.

i want to ask if u know a tutorial on capturing data from PIC microcntroller to the hyperterminal in windows. i need a step by step illustration.

use SERIN2 command. refer to the PBP manual http://www.microengineeringlabs.com/...ces/pbpmanual/. it will be more convincing if you will learn it. But of course you should know the basic hardwire connections, (Tx pin of Serial Cable to "used to be" Rx pin of your PIC with a limiting resistor).
