We got a bit confussed here.

It seems that me and Richard cannot access the support.melabs.com/forum.php

This forum is OK for us,with no RED warnings.

I'm with Richard and Ioannis, I have NOT been able to log onto the MELABS web site since sometime last week.

My Creality Ender 3 S1 Plus is a giant paperweight that can't even be used as a boat anchor, cause I'd be fined for polluting our waterways with electronic devices.

Not as dumb as yesterday, but stupider than tomorrow!
