Email to close relays

Does anyone know of a product in the market that can check an email account and then close a relay contact if there are email present?

My own preference would be some flavor of Raspberry Pi - bit of overkill I imagine, but very doable and cheap enough.

Turns out the HMI software does VB (i forgot) and they can do everything in software on the touchscreen client.
