    Default eeprom ic chip bin help need

    hello friends i have one bin file copyed from eeprom chip 24C04WP i want to change it to editable type i used one tool SwapBinHex but i dont known how to change it readble type so i can edit which i need to

    the hex files are directly readable. Open the HEX file in notepad or similar and you will be able to read the bytes.
