    Yes, it's happened to me once or twice. I believe there's another thread about it.

    Happened to me too, using a TOR anonymous proxy apparently.

    Always going to be a few bad apples out there.

    I was notified that it happened to me yesterday - they failed - but I'm thinking about updating my password to twice the number of characters.
