Should a new Forum Category be created for the 18F USB PICs Since USB would involve PBP as well as VB etc.
YES, we need a new category for USB !
NO, there are already too many categories !

Well,
now it is a matter of ones point of view:
83% "YES" means we definitely need a new category
only 6 votes in total (so far) looks like not many members are using USB-PICs (yet)
BTW.
Was the "NO" from one of our Admins? ;-)

it's always funny to compare vote against how many people see the question![]()
Steve
It's not a bug, it's a random feature.
There's no problem, only learning opportunities.
By now 71 views and only 9 votes,
I'm a bit disappointed.

Kinda like the Compiler poll in the General category. 2000 views and 88 votes in eight months!
Would you have this category as a sub category of the mel Pic BASIC Pro category, or maybe the General Category OR a totally New category?
What should the category title a description be?
Or should the new category be more general ( based on the lack of specific response to your USB category poll) Maybe under General - Interfacing with sticky threads "USB" , "GSM Modem" etc
I guess it's not really a big deal to me, but I'm in the camp of a subcategory under PBP. I did vote to add the category. Ralph has a good point as well.... There will be all kinds of questions posed for VB as well as general USB information. I trust whatever the Admins decide will be sufficient for most people.... if not for others, then oh well, can't please everyone I guess.
