    Default Bootloader software

Is there a other program than MicroCode Loader to program pics by using the bootloader?

Tons of boot-loaders are available. Look at the lower section of this page: http://www.etc.ugal.ro/cchiculita/so...bootloader.htm

You'll have a hard time finding one that supports the huge number of PIC's
the MCS loader does, but they definitely are out there.

    Yes you are right,

MCS have a great support but MCS is expensive to buy.

If you are developing a experimental board for pic controllers without a programmer for use
