YES i try & _DEBUG_OFF_4L
OSCCON = $72 (OR $70)
OSCTUNE = $40
PROBLEM PERSIS (slow)
i will see the inc directory of mpas
is it effected by the hc595?
i found that its max freq. is 25MHz
however, i test the 595 runs well @40mhz
