Indeed very saddening. My sympathies to his family and grateful thanks to him for all his contributions which has helped us grow. Darrels MiBAM is one such classic.
May he rest in peace.

There are FEW people in this world whom I would label, FRIEND. Darrel was one such man. He gave of himself, without reservation, without seeking
return, simply for the Joy of giving.
I am deeply saddened at the news of Darrel's passing. Darrel will be remembered always for not just his ability s but for the personal care and giving spirit he always shared. He will be missed !
God bless you Darrel.
Wow, when I saw this thread I was hoping it was in our moderator section and was some sort of play on words.
My condoleances to his family and friends. Darrel will be missed here. He was extremely knowledgeable in all things PIC, PBP and Assembler. He strongly believed in sharing freely amongst us, it showed in all the invaluable tools he gave the community.
Rest in peace Mr. Taylor.

I only knew him through his helping me and other people....and always kind.
I don't mind saying I loved him for that.
Glad he is not enduring suffering.
For me, he is another person I will always remember fondly.

Cant believe this! One of the most helpful guys I've known, and a gentleman.
My condolences to his family.
Thanks for all the help, Darrel.
Extremely saddening and shocking news.
Darrel was a rare combination of a high level of technical knowledge and a very helpful attitude. I have taken his help to solve some technical issues.
My heartfelt condolences to his family. May God give his close relatives and friends the courage and fortitude to bear the loss.
