Well....for me it does work and without any kind of private account. It is very slow and takes almost 15 seconds to display the page, but it works. Strange.
So here is a link to the calling web page of my previous link. Then select this product "USB BITSCOPE 100 (Isolated)".
Hopefully this one works for all ;-)

The top link only works once you've used the 2nd link and viewed the item; most likely you need a "view" cookie saved by your browser.
Nice, but a bit expensive for my blood especially sold without the probes.
