Weird, it's there but we can't see it.

This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage.

I live in Daytona Beach, Fl also, called Bruce and he said he now works for school system and is very busy and doesn't have web anymore.

That's too bad. He provided an excellent entry point to electronics and PICs for beginners (and fake advanced like me).
