PIC18f458 CAN BUS error

Hi, I'm making a can bus with two pic18f458 that one is in normal mode and always is sending some data to the bus, the other micro is in listen only mode and it should be accept any data with any ID but at the begining of the communication a bus error occur, and the data aren't be sent, i don't know how i can solve it?
i wrote both programs with interrupt routins .

Post the code or at least a portion of it. Imagine going to the doctor and telling him you're sick but say nothing else.
