    No, I'n Sorry but I can't understand what to do.
    I just want to set internal clock to 4Mhz

    Use the configuration word _INTRC_OSC_NOCLKOUT (or _INTRC_OSC_CLKOUT if you want the clock signal on the PIC pins).
