High Altitude launch platform

Hi All,

Also plan to use a GPS module to track it's position (& height), apparently GPS devices are coded to not exceed a ceiling limit of 30000 feet??

Some may be limited but many work higher, 60,000ft seems to be an average limit and 700 knots for speed.I have an old Holux and that does 39000ft ( tested in aircraft) also a HK data logger that does the same.
