    Quite simple:

    Pitot tube to realise, connected to a diff pressure sensor ( MPX 2010 or SCX 15 DN ), then a diff. precision amp, and finally a VCO and a HF transmitter.

    To receive, A simple R/C receiver w/o his decoder, and a pic as F/V converter and lineariser ...

    You'd best look at Robbe or Multiplex or ??? ready to fly systems ... that's my feeling !!!
