Hi, does anyone know where i can get a resonably priced STA013 MP3 decoder chip from in the UK???

ive found it from rs www.rswww.com but they cost nearly £25!!!!! can it be found cheaper?????

The obvious place to go is the manufacturers website and see who the UK distributors are...

Start at the top of the list and phone...

"I'm a hobbyist and want to build one" or "I need it for my school project" is not the way to go... "I'm a designer and need a sample for a new prototype design" may get you one for free.

And if you get a freebie, my preference is Thorntons chocs...
