    You might take a look at the Amicus setup. I have not tried it in Linux yet.

    MeLabs do a USB to ICSP programmer. I think it's called U2.
    It has a EPIC style ICSP connector so you will proba\bly need to design your own interface cable to suit your particular target ICSP connection type, of which there doesn't appear to be a standard.
