    Agreed, but sometimes the extra tools included in MPLAB are handy so it is a good idea to keep familiar with it.

    And on Linux I use gedit with VB.NET highlighting.

    Why??? I feel they are light, fast and simple.

    MicroCode Studio Plus.

    I guess I didn't find MPLAB as user-friendly way back when I first started.
    My Creality Ender 3 S1 Plus is a giant paperweight that can't even be used as a boat anchor, cause I'd be fined for polluting our waterways with electronic devices.

    Not as dumb as yesterday, but stupider than tomorrow!
