Source for IC - CJ125 from Bosch

Want to develop a WB dataloger.
Ive already done the DIY WB from Tech Edge and am not happy.

I see the CJ120 and 125 being discussed in various threads where do you buy it from.

But I dont see any company online or otherwise who is willing to sell / supply a few samples.
I found one place but they want a min order Qty of 500$

I just purchased a few CJ125 from Future Electronics. Their online store is at www.futurecb.com. They have about 30 CJ125 in stock. Do you have any documentation beyond the product information data sheet which can be downloaded from the website? I have a CJ120 extended technical summary, but it is unfortunately written in German.
