Yeah, they were pretty bogged down. I was able to get my $30 bucks for being a customer for 3 years, but I had to keep trying (for about 25 minutes). It actually lasted two hours this year. Last year, I think it took 45 minutes. I can't imagine that anyone would have a good enough connection to actually try to answer quiz questions though!
