I've used...If this is a one-time thing, BatchPCB may be the best choice. If there will be repeat orders, the latter two have a one-time tooling charge only on the initial order so follow-on orders are quite reasonably priced. All have excellent quality. The latter two have excellent service and communications. The first is automated to reduce costs so there is minimal hand-holding.
I've been using express pcb for about 10 years.
Free software and low prices. Never been late and always good product. Only downside is no gerber files for SMT screens.

The glass is not half full or half empty, Its twice as big as needed for the job!
http://foamcasualty.com/ - Warbird R/C scratch building with foam!
No gerbers is a downside, but you can export a dxf, and get a cheap mylar stencil made. It works great, and the price is right. Here is the company that I used for stencils for my expresspcb design: http://www.pololu.com/catalog/product/446
And if you like metal stencils, this company is on expresspcb's list http://expresspcb.com/ExpressPCBHtm/Resources.htm , but I do not see that they accept dxf files. Maybe they do? http://www.stencilsunlimited.com/

I've just had 6 PCBs made by PCBwing ( http://www.pcbwing.com/ ). the boatds were double sided, silked screened, solder resist etc - Complete order inc express FedEx delivery was just under £120 for the lot.
Service was excellent, regular and fast replies to e-mails and the quality of the boards are fantastic - I'd recommend them anytime
I'm from the UK and I have used :
http://www.pcbtrain.co.uk
but to get cheap prices you have to select long delivery times, upto 15 days!.
For 1 off. 100*100 1.6mm FR4 it comes in at £31.50. Obviously for higher quantities the unit price comes down.
Hi ,
anyplace where they would place all part in for you ? including soldering? lets say for 1000 boards? Anywhere else ? maybe in china or somewhere way cheaper for volume orders ?
