    Default External Reset for MCLR

    Hi All,

    Does anyone know of a good method to reset MCLR without the use of a pushbutton or a resistor/cap combo?, a good way which can pull MCLR right down to 0V?

    Are you wanting to have the chip reset itself?

    You could use a spare pin and a transistor?
