i have been using UltraEdit for years for PBP programming

when ready i press F9 and it compiles and assembles

today for no apparent reason i am getting all sorts of trouble like NTDVM errors and now the latest is something like
'can't allocate memory for PM'
but if i run CMD and do it all from the command line or from a batch file in windows it is fine

any ideas what is going on ?
