Serial Number labels

Great bit of info on here guys, I know its a bit of the conversation but im just wondering if anyone can suggest a company who specialises in producing serial number labels? Tried to make and print my own but to no avail. Even if someone can suggest decent software it would be a massive help.

If you're looking for IC labels like this;

We use PLL-32-Y2 labels from Panduit.

You can print on these with most any Laser or inkjet. Plug-in the part number at http://www.findchips.com for a list of suppliers.
