Smile MicroCode Studio and Target Processor

I've just downloaded and installed MCS but I cannot find a way to change the target processor. In an old tread it said just to make a notepad file with the actual processor name and save it under Mecanique/MCS as default.ini but this did not work for me.
    1) Is there a way in MCS to change the default processor?
    2) Where is the file that holds the default info and what is it called?
    3) Is 16F84A supported by the latest MCS (3.0.0.5)?
Hope to hear from some of you out there.

    Default

Microcode Studio is for PBP. If you don't have PBP installed on your PC, that may be the
    problem.

Default Microcode Studio and Target Processor 2

    Thanks Bruce
Yes, the compiler was not found, wrong place - but now it works
However, the default file for the processor is still hiding, but it is not a big issue.
