Another problem exists besides the 1 in the MSB position. The data transmission is very speratic. I think no matter what if we don't find a way of using a buffer like those in a USART then this async. transmission will always have problems.
Pics do very well when sending data to a computer because computers have USARTS. But Pic to Pic transmission doesn't have any buffer at all.
