will give it a try this evening then report back to you
looks like tsip command packets to me (via serial)
but a little confused here
on page 69 SQ system designer reference manual it is stated that the packet format is :
{DLE} {id}{data string bytes} {DLE} {ETX}
where:
{DLE} is the byte 0x10
{ETX} is the byte 0x03

in your example:
{ETX} {DLE} ...........{DLE} {ETX}

I have to check it out.
