Ok ... apologies for the Pickit ...
Picstart ...
caught in the .DLL
So ... de cause is lost !!This program cannot be run in DOS mode.
BUT what can be done is launch MPLAB.exe ...
manually open the Program window and load the desired Hex file ... then hit the Program key.
Would be much simpler to use full MPLAB features ...
