I have bought from them, they have a medium rating on the “Adam’s scale”.

Ohm it's not just a good idea... it's the LAW !
Well, I didn't find the one I was looking for, but I found something similar. This one claims to be an "electronic chime, and it's Archer (radio shack) part # 273-071.
It LOOKS a lot like the one you showed, but it sounds different.
Close examination shows that this one definitely has a small speaker in it. And obviously there's also a bit of electronics to make it "chime". Yours is probably similar, it's just designed for a different noise.
Here's photos of the one I have:
Note that this one has 3 wires. Black and red are + and - in, and the white one "enables" the noise when pulled high.
It makes a kind of musical 2-tone "bing - bong" sound. I was going to record it for you, but my recording apparatus seems to be broken today.
Anyway, I'm sure that the one you have is similar... a little speaker with some small electronics to drive it. I still think I've got one like the one you showed around here somewhere, but I couldn't coax it to the top of the pile. If I find it I'll post a part #.

Hey Guys,
Thanks for the info!!! I wanted to show you another buzzer I got (the one at the bottom):
They look the same, but the sound is different... And, this is how it sounds (this is not what I'm looking for):
One thing about the first one, it actually vibrates when it's turned on, like an electromagnet bell sort of thing...
Thanks!![]()
Hmmm. That second one sounds more "piezo like" to me.
Perhaps the first one IS mechanical? My Vanagon used to have something like that when the headlights were left on. It was pretty much just a self oscillating relay in a little plastic box. It irritated meso I ripped it out. Might still have that one laying around here too...
Here's the noise my little chime makes.

So many noise makers to choose from. I hope you find the one you want.

Try to find a mechanical buzzer who's frequency is set around 400Hz. a 400Hz saw waveform sound close

It's not a bug, it's a random feature.
There's no problem, only learning opportunities.
