Can not recoganize this component?

Hello everyone, I am trying to recoganize a component placed on one transmitter I have for last one week but can't seem to find it anywhere.

I have tried many searches online with the code written on the component(K5) but in vain.

All I know that it is some kind of RF amplifier in SOT89 style packing but can't seem to find the part name.

"K5" is resulting in a component from Philips but it is in SOT23 type packing so it is not a correct result.

I attach a picture here I modified to explain exactly what I mean.
