    Hi,

    Basically, a BS2 is a PIC 16C57 ... with some peripherals as EEPROM, regulator, Brownout circuit ...

    The scheme and components list is available on Parallax site ...

    Walter--thanks; I checked them out...unfortunately they've discontinued it. Apparently nobody wants them.

    Alain--I'm aware of that. I only want a couple, and I don't want to waste the time laying out a board if I can buy one finished.

    That's too bad. It looked pretty cool. It looks like you might have to make one yourself, you could use their design: http://www.sourceboost.com/Products/...urbo_schem.pdf

    Or, you could get a pre-made Basic ATOM with a PIC16f876 and make a programming header on a breadboard to program it yourself, erasing the Atom basic from it. http://basicmicro.com/Product.aspx?p...8&CategoryID=1
