You might want to look at a frequency to voltage chip/circuit that the PIC could drive.

I think this would be mandatory on this type of vehicle.

I will look into the F-V chips, this might be the first Fly By Wire Recliner.

Two 500 watt 24vdc motors, skid steer, caster front wheels, solinoid disk brakes, recliner from Goodwill, fighter style joy stick control, wife on my lap giggling all the way around the block................ i love being a nerd

Doing some testing with a BS2SX this evening I am getting good results with a 10K ohm in series with a 2.22uF electrolytic to gnd with the PWM command. I usally start development with a Stamp then port to PICs. If this is not the right forum location to share this project someone please let me know, I think it will be fun. I hope to keep up with pictures and commentary.

I was just watching the news (Studio B), and saw a story about a guy that pleaded guilty to driving a LazyBoy while intoxicated.
