Default 16F877A equal with more memory

I am currently using a 16F877A and need more code space soon. Can you suggest chips that will work with PBP and have the same 44 TQFP pinout?

For example, I found the PIC18F46J11 but I don't see it as an option in the processor pull-down. Any suggestions?

There are some very minor differences (eg ADC Register Bits have moved around) but it's almost a continuing progression with performance and features.

Thereafter it carries on to the 4620...

    Hi,

    18F4620 or 18F46K20 (no eeprom)

18F452 is also pin compatible but a bit old.

    Default End of life

Components don't die.. they slowly fade away. I just mentioned it because there are still millions of them out there.
