Timer Calculation Software

I have been trying to find a copy of a program that gives you the register values for various timer interrupts, some while ago someone posted a link to their own program, but the link is notfunctional, it was on a .de site, I have attached the picture which the author attached to his post, so does any one have a copy or could point me to where it could be downloaded.

MISTER_E has a really nice calculator called picmulticalc. here is a link to another thread that has it, I'm not sure if it is the most up to data version or not. It isn't the one you are looking at, but it probably will do whatever you need it to.
