generally you find 32.768KHz crystal. One can be salvaged from any faulty or broken wrist watch. as regards silicon oscillator, you can well make an oscillator with simple chips like 4093 or 40106 etc. even you can try a single transistor2N3904 and manage to get output.
Of course there are oscillators marketed , like metal case dip with 4 pins.
