18F4431 - internal oscillator and PLL ?

I can't see it in the datasheet but is it possible to use the 8MHz internal oscillator with PLL to boost it up to 32MHz ? It looks like you can only do it with the HSPLL unless there is a subtlety I'm missing somewhere.

On this pic series, the PLL only works with OSC1 pin. The intosc goes to the MUX without it. If you look at fig 2-8 on page 29, you'll see it.
