ICD2 with PBP

Hi,

I was wanting a little help in setting up my ICD2 that I purchased from
microchip.
If someone has used the debugger, could they post a little code for me. How
is the debugger integrated into PBP, how to use it with break points, and
determining variable values.

The code need not be complex, a flashing LED should be adequate.
