PIC16f84A shiftout problem

    Unhappy PIC16f84A shiftout problem

    Hi To all, I am having problem on pic16f84A's Shiftout function.
    i had tried some examples in our forums my problem is the clock pin is always high = 5V I checked the data pin it sends out data but the clock pin is always high I checked with my vom(voltmeter) after debugging i found out that the common of the two pins are different, I have plenty of PIC and replaced but still the same, can you help me pls. Thanks and more power.

    Unhappy Ps/2 interface correct schematic

    I would like to ask if someone has a correct and running schematic diagram connection from pic to PS/2 interface.
