Hserin / Herout 115+ K Baud

I am looking to talk to multiple pics (one master and many slaves) at 115K or better. I will be using a 20MHz external osc. Its not the hardware side but the software side. I will be using a pic with a uart, but what I want to know is can I transmit at 115K or faster? I know to DEFINE OSC 20, and DEFINE HSER_BAUD 115000. But can I goto lets say 230000?
