I put PICKIT2 schematic in the search box and got loads of hits, schematics, pcb diagrams, the whole ball of wax...
I can tell you one thing for sure. As cheap as the PICKIT2 (and as much as I hate to say it, the clones on eBay) are, it's certainly not worth the hassle to build one.
