Store DATA within Program ROM?

Hello Folks,
i wonder if there's a way to store a table of constants within the ROM of the PIC, maybe just after the program, with PICBasicPro? Or in ASM? Or is the only way editing the HEX file?

And read it out with PEEK?!?
