How to install new programmer to MCS+

I bought an USBProg - in-circuit PIC programmer - that alone works very well and is very simple to use. Here's details about it:

This programmer has no windows interface and works directly from command shell. I have been trying to install linked to microCode Studio+ but without succes.
I edit my Picbasic program with mCS+ and after compiling I have to copy my application.hex and paste it manually to the folder where the programmer is. Probably there's a more simple and direct and clever way to do this but my knowledge about command shell and associated commands is null.
Does anybody can suggest any way to link directly MCS+ to programmer?
