Update your HyperTerminal !!

The version of HyperTerminal that comes with windows, is a fairly old version, and has quite a few bugs.
It does not get updated with the normal windows update, even though it came with windows.

There is a FREE update to HyperTerminal from the original authors ...

Thank you Darrel for the update and also for your "ansi.inc". I have been using it with some "ASCII ART" and windows default hterm behaves not the way it should. Hope this solves the problem.

Darrel Taylor, After doing to the website in your posting I did not see any FREE upgrade available. Only some 15 day trial offer and a $40 some odd dollar package one can buy.... Am I not seeing something?

Like you I couldn't find any free download. Only a chargable replacement.
