Reading Datasheet Confusion!!! Please help!!!

Hi. I want to use this tri-state latch (SN74AHC574N) to drive some leds, but I need to know which is the current rating for each output (source and sink).
I read and reread all the datasheet but I cant find tha rating. English is not my first language, so that must be the problem. Would you mind to tell me the mAh rating please and tell me where did you read it from??? Thank you in advance!!!

I read the datasheet (the first I found at googles page) and at page 3 there was the answer: @ 5 volts Vcc it's + or - 8 mA. (source and sink)
