How to set ICD-2 clone to work with PBP?

Hello all.
Fighting with a problem for some time now. After purchasing PBP I found
I didn't have a prgrammer that would readily work with PBP. A home made
JDM would sometimes work, and my BasicMicro ISP-Pro was almost useless.

So if I can make my ICD 2 Clone work with PBP then I can make some
progress with my projects.

This might be simple for alot of folks here, but it doesn't appear to be in the
help file.

How can I set PBP to use my ICD 2 clone?

Also I forgot to mention its not a USB programmer. Its the serial style.
