INHX8M INHX8S INHX32 options?

Can anyone elaborate on when you should adopt the subject options that appear when you select MPASM assembler option check box in MicroCode Studio Plus compiler options? The default is 8M but being a newbie I don't even know what the other two are or do. Checked the Help file but don't see these options mentioned. Anyone care to enlighten me please?
