Are all ICD2 clone boards a PIC programmer too, or they are mainly a debugger ?
I was looking for an USB Pic programmer, and found that there's much more schematics about the ICD2 on yahoo.
The Lothar Stolz design looks very easy to construct (http://www.stolz.de.be) and very tiny too.
From what I understand the ICD is both a debugger and a programmer and only work in Microchip MPLAB, is this right ?
