IrOBEX transfer JPG to mobile phone

Hi,

I am working on a project that will send a JPG file stored in a CF to a mobile phone using the IrDA OBEX protocol. Have any one done anything similar or is there an easier way to transfer the file to the phone?

Push a button and the file is sent, sounds easy doesn't it?

I really like PIC basic but sometimes you really wish there were more functions in it. There are Ir protocol chips out there but I was hoping it is possible to do most of it in the software. I was planning to use the MAX3100 or similar to take care of the actual IrDA interface.

Also if anyone would like to share some code for reading from a computer formatted CF card I would be greatful.
