Any leads on where I can find this book?

I'm looking for "Pic in Practice" by David W Smith. I had ordered it on Amazon.com in December, but they have finally decided they can't supply it and cancelled the order.

I see there is a second edition of this book available, but I am after the first edition. Supposedly a fairly decent book for teaching very basic Assembly - something I would like to learn more about.

Does anyone have any leads on where I might find it? I would prefer something in, at least, "like new" condition, but might consider others depending on the damage.

Yes, the copies on Ebay are 2nd edition.

I tried the UK place, but they can't give me a price for shipping in advance of processing the order so I really don't want to order blind and end up with some outrageous shipping bill.

Any other ideas from North America?

Well, yes the 2ND EDITION is everywhere. The 1ST EDITION isn't and that's the one I'm interested in finding in North America. When I find one they won't ship to me. They think that because I have a box number and not door to door mail delivery that somehow the post office can't find me.

Hence, I'm asking for suggestions since I'm Googled out looking for one.
