Problem with comparing IR signal to Binary

Ok I wrote up a quick test program and for some reason the code doesn't go to the turn_LED_on label. Any help would be appreciated.

Nevermind anymore, I found out that for some reason I had to put %10000001 to get the value of 1 in B0.
